Orisun Acquisition Corp. Prices $40M IPO

Orisun Acquisition Corp. (ORSNU), announced the pricing of their $40 million SPAC IPO this morning. Orisun’s units are expected to begin trading today, August 2nd, under the symbol NASDAQ: ORSNU.

Orisun will focus on the high-tech sector and will be led by Wei Chen, as CEO, Chairman and President, and Lu Zhou, as CFO and Director.

Total SPAC deal count for 2019 year-to-date is now 37 with $8.69 billion in gross proceeds raised. The offering is expected to close on August 6th, 2019.
