10X Capital Venture Acquisition Corp. III announced the pricing of its upsized $261 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol “VCXB.U” Wednesday, January 12.
The new SPAC intends to focus its efforts on identifying high growth technology and tech-enabled businesses domestically and abroad in the consumer internet, ecommerce, software, healthcare and financial services industries, as well as other industries which are being disrupted by advances in technology and on technology paradigms including AI, automation, data science, ecommerce and SaaS. 10X Capital Venture III is led by Chairman and CEO Hans Thomas, COO and Head of Origination David Weisburd, CFO Guhan Kandasamy, and President and Head of Capital Markets Oliver Wriedt.
Total SPAC deal count for 2022 year-to-date is now 6. This offering is expected to close on Friday, January 14.
