Bowen Acquisition Corp. (BOWN) Prices $60M IPO

Bowen Acquisition Corp. priced its $60 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “BOWNU” Wednesday, July 12, 2023.

The company intends to seek companies with strong and experienced management teams that will complement the operating and investment abilities of its own management team. Bowen is led by Chairwoman Na Gai, CEO Jiangang Luo, and CFO Jing Lu.

Total SPAC deal count for 2023 year-to-date is now 18. This offering is expected to close on Friday, July 14, 2023.


EarlyBirdCapital, Inc. is acting as the book-running manager for the offering and Revere Securities is acting as co-manager for the offering. Graubard Miller is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Winston & Strawn LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. UHY LLP serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
