Keen Vision Acquisition Corp. (KVAC) Prices $130M IPO

Keen Vision Acquisition Corp. announced the pricing of its $130 million IPO this evening and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “KVACU” on Tuesday, July 25, 2023.

The company intends to seek companies focused on biotechnology, consumer goods, or agriculture, supported with strong ESG imperatives. Keen Vision is led by Chairman and CEO Kenneth Ka Chun Wong, and CFO Alex Davidkhanian.

Total SPAC deal count for 2023 year-to-date is now 20. This offering is expected to close on Thursday, July 27, 2023.


EF Hutton, division of Benchmark Investments, LLC (“EF Hutton”) and Brookline Capital Markets, a division of Arcadia Securities, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Loeb & Loeb LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. Marcum LLP serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
