TPG Pace Beneficial II Corp. (YTPG) to Liquidate on April 17

TPG Pace Beneficial II Corp. (NYSE:YTPG) will redeem all of its outstanding Class A ordinary shares, effective as of April 17, 2023.

The balance of the trust as of March 31, 2023 was $400 million, and the company currently expects the per-share redemption price for the shares to be approximately $10.00. As of April 17, 2023, the shares will be deemed cancelled and will represent only the right to receive the redemption amount.
