Latest SPAC Liquidations: Pine Technology, and Colonnade Acquisition Corp. II


Pine Technology Acquisition Corp. (PTOC) to Liquidate on March 10

On March 9, 2023, the board of directors of Pine Technology Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:PTOC) determined that it will not be able to complete a business combination.

Accordingly, the company will dissolve and liquidate, effective as of the close of business on March 10, 2023, and will redeem all of the outstanding shares at a per-share redemption price of approximately $10.17.

As of the close of business on March 10, 2023, the shares will be deemed cancelled and will represent only the right to receive the redemption amount.

Colonnade Acquisition Corp. II (CLAA) Terminates Plastiq Deal, Plans to Liquidate on March 13

Colonnade Acquisition Corp. II (NYSE: CLAA) today announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding Class A ordinary shares, effective as of March 13, 2023.

Prior to any taxes that may be payable and dissolution expenses, the Redemption Amount is estimated to be approximately $10.21.
