SILVERspac Inc. (SLVR) to Liquidate on September 28
SILVERspac Inc. (NASDAQ:SLVR) will not consummate an initial business combination by September 14.
As a result, the company, as promptly as possible, but no later than September 28, will redeem 100% of the issued and outstanding Class A ordinary shares. Based upon the amount held in the trust account as of June 30, which was $259,242,677, the company estimates that the per-share redemption amount will be approximately $10.37.
The company expects the shares to cease trading as of the close of business on September 28.
