Latest Non-Redemption Agreements: Bleuacacia ltd.


Bleuacacia (BLEU) Adds Non-Redemption Agreement

On May 16, Bleuacacia (NASDAQ:BLEU) and the sponsor entered into further non-redemption agreements with five additional unaffiliated third parties, pursuant to which such third parties agreed not to redeem an aggregate of 750,000 Class A ordinary shares.
In exchange for the foregoing commitments not to redeem such Class A ordinary shares, the sponsor agreed to transfer an aggregate of 187,500 Class B ordinary shares held by the sponsor to such third parties. The non-redemption agreements will increase the amount of funds that remain in the company’s trust account following the extension meeting.
