Future Vision II Acquisition Corp. announced the pricing of its $50 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “FVNNU”, Friday, September 12, 2024.
The new SPAC intends to focus its search on businesses within the technology, media, and telecommunications sector.
Future Vision II’s sponsor team is to be led by Mr. Xiaodong Wang, its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, and Ms. Caihong Chen, its Chief Financial Officer and Director. The Company’s independent directors include Messrs. Zheng “Terrence” Wu, Shuding Zeng and Lei Xiong.
Total SPAC deal count for 2024 year-to-date is now 32. This offering is expected to close on Friday, September 13, 2024.
Kingswood Capital Partners, LLC is acting as sole book-running manager in the offering. Rimon P.C. served as legal counsel to the Company on the initial public offering, and Ogier served as Cayman Islands legal counsel to the Company. Greenberg Traurig, LLP served as legal counsel to Kingswood Capital Partners, LLC. ZH CPA, LLC serves as auditor. Wilmington Trust, National Association is acting as trustee.
