Pensare Acquisition Corp. (WRLS), and U.S TelePacific Holdings Corp. dba TPx Communications (“TPx”), announced this evening that they have agreed to mutually terminate their Business Combination Agreement.
No further information was given, but Pensare did state that they intend to continue to pursue a business combination.
Pensare recently extended their deadline to August 1, 2019, so let’s hope they can round up another acquisition candidate asap. Nonetheless, they will most likely need another extension since August 1st is only a little more than two months away.
